CO-Founder/ CEO
Marc Vezina
Marc Vezina is a seasoned entrepreneur and forward-thinking business executive with over 25 years of experience in private and institutional wealth management. In addition to his leadership role with Enliven, Marc has been an active investor, mentor, and board member with global “first mover” companies.
With his exceptional financial acumen and depth and breadth of leadership experience, Marc has helped multiple companies achieve their operational and transactional goals. He cut his teeth as a senior executive in the wealth management industry for over two decades prior to Enliven.
Marc is a firm believer that social impact is a C-Suite issue. Together with his brother, he co-founded ZSchool in 2017 (now the Z-17 Collective), a global education nonprofit connecting young people, social entrepreneurs and social impact events around technology for good and the Sustainable Development Goals.
Marc received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and holds his Series 7 securities license.

Gary Millrood
Gary Millrood is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and dynamic business leader with over three decades of experience in Ed Tech and Workforce Tech where he has launched and invested in innovative startups and served as a trusted advisor to industry leaders.
Gary leads Enliven's Ed Tech/Workforce Tech ‘Future of Work Practice’. Gary is an expert in corporate and product strategy, business development, fundraising, talent development, and engaging a deep network of experts to empower his clients.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University and a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Frank Sanders
Frank is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of industry experience leading global, diverse engineering teams. Frank began his career as an independent consultant, developing custom data applications for healthcare and utility companies. He later managed mission-critical data systems at Raytheon before joining MarkLogic, where he rose to VP of Sales Engineering, overseeing global teams and driving growth strategies.
In 2018, Frank joined Snowflake to lead their global partner engineering function. Under his leadership, the Snowflake Partner Network (SPN) expanded from 200 to over 4,000 partners, generating $1 billion in revenue. Frank's strategic vision and leadership transformed Snowflake's partner ecosystem into a thriving community.
Frank received his Bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Computer Science.
Head of International Business Development & Investor Readiness
Chris Adams
Chris brings nearly 30 years of strategic consulting, senior executive, start-up advising and investment readiness experience to his role as Creative Director which includes leading Enliven’s new Investment Readiness practice.
Chris launched his career with Amazon where he led entertainment business development. He then worked with eBay's Jeff Skoll to build and run Participant Media, then helped to create and Produced UGC-reality TV show "Facebook Diaries," which launched video on the social network. He also worked in a business development and sponsorship acquisition capacity for Comcast.
In 2009 he moved to Brisbane, Australia where he advised dozens of start-ups, helped with multiple IPOs on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), including serving on the Board of three public companies, and consulted to corporates such as: Seven West Media, National Storage, Sensis/Found Digital and more. He served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence to social impact accelerator Greater Outcomes and as Head of North America for Australian Brand Protection and Consumer Engagement company, Laava.
Upon moving back to the US in late 2022, he has helped to create and is Co-Director of the University of Oregon's Media Innovation Lab within the School of Journalism and Communications as well as serving as the school's Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
Chris earned his dual-BA in English Literature and Communications from The University of Denver as well as dual MFAs in Film and Television and Professional Writing from The University of Southern California.
